Whether beef carpaccio, risotto with brook trout, hearty Käsespätzle, vegetarian lasagna, or Kaiserschmarrn straight out of the pizza oven – in the preparation of our dishes, we emphasize the use of high-quality, regional ingredients. One special highlight: our Neapolitan pizzas, prepared with original San Marzano tomatoes in a traditional stone oven – a must for all Italy fans.

At the ALPS KITCHEN restaurant in Ehrwald, we offer a sumptuous breakfast buffet to get your day off to a perfect start. The buffet includes fresh, predominantly regional ingredients such as various breads and pastries, homemade spreads, a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, seasonal fruits, yogurt, and egg dishes (scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and omelets prepared fresh for you). Energizing drinks and hot beverages such as coffee and tea are, of course, also available, complementing our breakfast selection to perfection.
